Guided Farm Tour  

Arrival:  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour start time.

We love starting on time so the group gets every minute of the experience — tours will depart with guests who are present and ready to go.

Parking & entry instructions – there is space along the shoulder of our dead end road just outside the farm gate. Wait there for your Guide. 

Prior to your tour:

• All guests must read the online liability waiver and indicate their acceptance on the tour booking form.

For your tour:

• What to wear:  Guests are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes, and clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Aside from the gift shop, the tour is outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather.
• Young Children:  We love kids at the farm, but they must be accompanied by adult. Your Guide will be bringing you right into the animal enclosures, so keeping an eye on little ones keeps them safe and is less stressful on the animals.
• Washroom – There is a port a pottie on site, but no handwashing other than sanitizer.
• Feeding the animals – Please do not feed anything to the animals unless it is offered to you first by your Guide.

After Your Tour:

At the end of your tour, we invite you to visit our gift shop, which is stocked with clothing and other farm goodies! Your guide will be happy to assist you. For your convenience, we accept cash, card, or e-transfer.

If you enjoyed your experience and would like to support the work we do, we are incredibly grateful for donations. You will find signs with QR codes around the farm for easy online giving, and we also gratefully accept cash or e-transfer.   All donations are tax deductible.  A receipt will be emailed to you immediately after your payment is received. 

If you have to cancel: 

• Your tour time has been especially managed and the farm prepared for your arrival.
• Kindly provide 24 hours notice if you have to cancel.  This makes your slot available to someone on the waitlist. 

Cancellation by us:

• Inclement weather or unforeseen issues at the farm could result in having to reschedule. When it rains, the animals generally retreat to their houses and it makes the tour less fun. 
  
  You’ll get an email notification if the tour is being canceled.
